Hi stalkers of my blog, I'm back!
Been really busy lately so I didn't blog ):
Acting classes + Finals on 17 July
You can read the updates on Glenn's blog, good enough.
I'm just gonna zoom in on the final day...
Woke up at 5.24am with Anees's voice saying 'Hey Beautiful.' Gosh seriously, I was so tired. I thought my alarm was ringing so I didn't pick up the phone..then it rang again and I was like, ohgoshwhywon'titstopringing?! Tried to go back to sleep after that but was too excited to..
Dropped by Esso and got myself 2 bars of Kitkat :D Then, drove to pick up Arvin, Zakrie and Jerome at Yishun.
We all reached at 7.30am, Anees and Glenn were already there. We practised our lines and took pictures. Eventually came up with the group name TAAWBAM = Team Awesome Alpha Bin Abdul Manap. Got a hug from Jalyn, Andrea (SHE CAME!), Huixiang and Atiqah wooooo :D Mr K, Jalyn, TAAWBAM and Aaron did a cheer thing and Mr K all wished us the best of luck :D
The whole Whoosh family turned up with banners too, really touching. Even Mr Fadz and his fiance were there!!! Many thanks to Fadzly for taking care of my mega heavy bag too :x
We were the first to go up, and it was AWESOME. Though my voice was quite soft ):
We came in 2nd runner up. I was quite stunned when we were told we got 3rd! We were all expecting better..
I would really like to thank MR K FOR MAKING IT ALL POSSIBLE, Miss Andrea for helping us and being there to support us even though she has left Andreson, Jayln for being patient and coaching us and introducing us to this world of acting, Regina and (someone whose name I do not know) for helping with the costume, light and sound, Aaron for helping us with safety lights backstage and seeing over the stuff backstage, Trey for the feedback and ALL THE SUPPORTERS THAT TURNED UP AND WISHED US LUCK! Huixiang and Jinhu too! My fave flower :3 annnddd Firdhous and Raldah turned up! :D
There was one epic moment when Yishun Town came up with Star Wars thing and they mentioned Jedi and we all cheered Mr Kamal! Wooo awesome man, totally owned them.
We also took many group photos and did Anderson Cheer. Though we might not be first, I swear our school spirit was the best of them all.
After the whole thing, we went to Kallang Leisure Park for lunch. Glenn and I got sandwiched between the 2 couples :O We even saw Edmund Chen!!
Got home feeling really tired and still had tuition D:
I really love acting now :D
Voyage de la Vie
Went to watch this show at Resorts World on 15 July :D Thursday. After rehearsals at Dunman High, rushed home in a cab all on my own (seriously this is my first time taking a cab alone, quite scary D: )
Got dressed in a white tank top, white/black floral skirt and black waist belt :D Wore my sis's office-y heals :D
There, we got valet parking which was sooo awesome, felt really cool like we were some important guests with the IR staffs opening the doors for us :x
Saw many celebs and the guest of honour was the Deputy PM! :O
My sister and I got the front seats! RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE!
I REALLY LOVE THIS SHOW. My favourite person was the Game Master, aka the contortionist, aka Alexey Goloborodko. He's only 16 and ohgosh, he's super SUPER good. The juggler, Viktor Kee, was really good too. He can juggle 9 balls and his actions are mega smooth, really amazing.
There was one part when this dude flew off the stage towards the audience, my sister and I had a shock of our lives XD
There was a really awesome scene with topless dudes pole dancing right in front of us too, woooo.
The magic show was just freaky alright. Like they sawed the guy into 2 and he was just lying flat on a table that doesn't have anything covering him at all. Just a dude and a table :/ it's quite freaky. His mini body could still play the piano (while lying down without looking at the keys at all). Ohoh the show also started with a mini magic trick and the 2 kids on stage were mega cute :3
I just love the fact that I couldn't believe I witnessed so many circus freaky acts live RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, like so near some more!! Plus Johnathan Leong singing scenes felt like a rock concert!
After everything, went to walk around the IR and took pictures with the Universal Studios globe thingy.
There were many many many people standing outside the casino too!
Really like to thank my dad's boss (whoever he is) for giving the staff body so many complimentary tickets :D

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HUIXIANG
I'm in such a homework mood I think I might be mad.
My grades have improved so I'm happy (: though my L1R5 would be atrocious since English is just :O and I failed Physics and Emath.
The ajumma show at 7pm ended D: But it was enjoyable watching it and commenting at everything with Glenn on msn XD The ending was so EPF with the Bollywood slow motion running at the beach! HA
Oh and Angela fell down yesterday while chasing the bus! When I walked into class, Yew Rong was like, 'Look at Angela.' I was like O_O WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU! O_O Poor girl ): must be really painful. She looks like someone abused her XD Even Mr Fadz had a shock :o
Only Amanda was so..neutral about it.
The Korean girls are here. What I know is that:
They have the same hairstyle and they're muscular.
Yew Rong thought one of them was a guy.
Glenn admits they have more muscles than him.
Some sec 5 who was singing Gee and Genie next to me in ANDE today was commenting how disappointed he was.
Speaking of SNSD...
Yesterday during recess, Glenn had the dude at the music booth play Gee and Chee Ian and he started dancing to it. The whole canteen erupted in laughter hahaha.
It was totally EPFunny.
I really want to go on photoshoot...gosh..
I really want to do a supermarket shoot, so we might ask the manager and stuff for permission. I want to try some rather run-down-ish locations too.
The field next to my estate where i take photos is now officially become a bloody public carpark. Totally wtf... Yeah, the place was bought by some Chinese dude -- ... >:(
They have started construction too...
Byebye to the field, you've given me great memories. We used to call you 'the hill' and we rode our bikes up there on the bumpy ground, ran around with neighbours' dogs, flew kites, caught tadpoles with our bare hands, grew crops, played with grass weed thingy, exercise, rowed around in the grass, had picnic and saw the first snake skin..ever.
Really miss the place so much, all my childhood memories and my photo location):
Spent Chem talking to Yun Chuan non-stop hehe and got nagged at by Miss Mok XD We were discussing about studying during study leave...and grades...
Oh yeah, 2 days back, Ong Lai, Zigui and I went home together. We all decided on the fact that (she) might have hit her head or found a boyfriend, which explains are unusually good mood lately.
My chem marks have improved too!!!! 8D 8D 8D
During PE, I talk to Dimeng, Siew Mun, Joyce, Jing Fang and Wing Sang about K-Pop, cool stuff man :D
Ahh MBG (the photographer who's 17 and is so freaking talented he became a professional at 16) actually said thanks to my fb post. OMG, he said a word to me! :O :O :O I probably idolise him so freaking much I'm hyperventilating. He met Grace Coddington in Prada and saw Obama drive by in NYC on his birthday, lucky guy.
(Wait why am I even talking about some dude I don't even know?)
2pm's concert starts on Saturday! So exciting..though I can't watch it since it's in Korea D:
My complexion is on the downfall..really depressing. Must be because I'm eating too much chocolate and sleeping toooooooo little. I have really bad panda eyes!
Yesterday, talked to Zhou Yang. Is it just me or did his biceps grow? :O
Might be joining the Gays for their practice on Friday after SPA, really miss dancing!
