OMG.
OMG.
Last night I was reading Perez Hilton.
A guy tried to circumcise himself with a nail clipper. Rupert Grint is falling hard for Emma Watson. Having sex everday increases sperm count for guys, hence become more fertile. Uncensored pictures of Dan Radcliffe. Lady Gaga being a slut.
Could hardly sleep last night.
Tuition this morning. Was okay..
Came home, and went out.
Ate lunch at People's Park and went to the temple at Chinatown to pray. Thanked for everything that I wished for coming through. Tuesday is some major Buddhist day too, that's why we went. They were having some wedding thing there though :/ So had to pray at the other side. Donated money.
Okay, the whole day today I gave money to people who were underprivelledged. Giving makes me feel good.
First stop, Audio House. $1399 for Kit I, the tripod they give is like so shitty, I don't even know who wants it man.. $20 worth?
Second, went tp Funan. Song Brothers gave $1290 and good freebies, went into Alanphotos, $1299, more freebies than Song Brothers and they gave $375 for the 55-250mm lens. Walked around the whole place. John 3:16 gave $1690 for the 2 lens kit but gave standard Canon supplier freebies which is like.. one 8GB card and bag. Walked around the entire building, every camera shop, went in and ask, 'How much is the 500D?' 'What free gifts do you give?' Hahaha
Went to Cathay. THE DEALS WERE SO BAD THERE. Only one shop offered $1189 for Kit I, no wonder all sold out.
Went back to Alanphotos and bargained with the person to round the price off and my dad went, 'Where's the atm here?' AHHHH I WAS SMILING LIKE A MAD WOMAN :D
Got free UV filter, two 8GB cards, sling camera bag, screen protector, battery pack, cleaning cloth.
Went to tuition and had to part with my baby.
Went for other tuition. Teacher let us off without writing the compo because she taught till lesson end :D
Took the train home.
Came home and saw my baby sitting on the armchair <3
Quickly washed and dried my hands and tried it out.
AHHH 15.1 Megapix is so damn freaking omg clear (:
Mr Singh was like, can borrow? And Damian said, Mr singh you greedy sia. Mr singh said, Damian, one more round for you.
HAHAHA
Mr Singh's probably gonna ask me about my baby during PE or when I see him in school or something.
Everyone gives their cameras names.
Natalie named hers after he then cursh, now boyfriend. Franchesca named hers something I forgot. Steffi named her Rebel XT a hot guy name. Okay, almost all my Flickr friends name their cameras.
Maybe I should name mine too, but currently it's known as my baby. My powershot is my baby too. HAHAHA.
Anyway, so now that my dad bought me the camera I have my camera fund left to spend on other things :D
I was thinking... Wireless Remote and Fisheye Lens. The Underwater Case can wait.
Parents are thinking of getting the dry cabinet 8D
AHH I LOVE MY DADDY AND MUMMY. so much.
Probably my BEST birthday present.
My parents then suddenly asked me why I like photography so much. I don't know, I like showing the others how I look at the world.
I don't believe that by having a good camera makes you a photographer. Taking pictures with no meaning doesn't make it good, taking pictures with no emotion makes it dead.
To me the most important thing of taking photos is the colours, light and emotion. ESPECIALLY the concept.
I like simple photos that are simple yet they portray emotions words can't describe. It's probably my form of art. I suck too much at drawing that's why I turned to photography.
Christian Carocca was the reason why. I don't care he's gay or something, but when I saw how much emotion his picture had, I was like, one day I'm going to be like him.
Well that day hasn't come yet but whatever. I'm working on it.
Tomorrow I'm going to spend quality time with my husband <3
